Limited Lifetime Warranty on Motors

TRSS - Phoenix is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our Tucson Signature Series Motors and Electronics. If these parts fail due to any manufacturer’s defects under normal use, we will replace these parts within the lifetime of the product as installed on original location and only for the original purchaser. Any replacement needed after five years will only incur labor charges. This warranty will not cover damage caused by Mother Nature, misuse, self-installations, third-party install, improper wiring, or any other outside force not associated with a manufacturer’s defect.

10-Year Warranty on Fabrics

We use Mermet USA fabrics, renowned for their durability and performance. These fabrics are backed by a 10-year warranty, ensuring they maintain their optical, thermal, and structural properties. Regardless of the application, we stand by these robust fabrics and their manufacturer's warranty.

10-Year No Fade Warranty

Our high-quality fabrics come with a 10-year no-fade warranty. If your fabrics begin to fade within this period, we will replace them, guaranteeing lasting color and quality.

5-Year Warranty on Workmanship

We manufacture mechanically sound and solid systems, and our experienced professionals ensure each installation is done right. Our 5-year warranty on all system components and installations reflects our confidence in the quality of our workmanship.
