At TRSS - Phoenix, we build every product locally in our Arizona facility and proudly serve Phoenix homeowners. For over 25 years, we’ve refined the process of creating retractable solutions, from rolling shutters to solar screens to custom projects. Because we oversee every stage in-house, nothing leaves our shop unless it meets the highest standards of quality and precision. The result is lasting performance and comfort designed for Arizona living.
We’re proud to deliver products built to handle the unique challenges of Phoenix weather. From triple-digit summer heat to year-round sun exposure, our shutters and screens are designed for strength, durability, and everyday comfort. Every component is crafted and inspected in-house to ensure quality you can trust.
All of our rolling shutters and screens are manufactured in Arizona. By keeping operations local, we maintain strict quality control while supporting American jobs. Each product is made to withstand Phoenix’s extreme desert climate, ensuring your property stays shaded and protected.
Every installation is backed by comprehensive warranty coverage. From motors to materials, our warranties are designed to protect your investment and give you confidence that your shutters or screens will perform for years to come.
Our in-house team doesn’t just build your shutters and screens; we install them too. With over 25 years of experience, our technicians ensure every product fits seamlessly, operates flawlessly, and enhances your Phoenix home or business.
From the first cut of aluminum to the final installation, our process is designed with Phoenix homeowners in mind. By combining innovation with hands-on skill, we deliver shutters and screens that are built to perform in the desert climate.
Production begins with high-quality materials and precision equipment. Every component is measured, cut, and tested to meet our exact standards. This attention to detail ensures your shutters and screens are as durable as they are functional.
A flawless finish starts in our powder coating line. Aluminum pieces are cleaned, sealed, and coated before being cured at high heat. The result is a vibrant, long-lasting color that resists fading, even under the harsh Phoenix sun.
Once painted, each piece is carefully assembled by our skilled technicians. Automated machinery speeds the process, but it’s the final hands-on checks that guarantee a perfect fit. Every shutter and screen is built to operate smoothly for years to come.
Before leaving our facility, each order is packaged to prevent damage in transit. From protective wrapping to careful loading, we make sure your shutters or screens arrive ready for installation. On-time delivery and product safety are always top priorities.
Our in-house electrostatic powder coating line ensures a flawless, long-lasting finish. Raw aluminum extrusions are cleaned in an eco-friendly acid bath, sealed, then coated with an electrostatically charged powder that bonds tightly to the metal. Baked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, the finish exceeds rigorous standards, including 2,000-hour salt spray and boil testing, ensuring your shutters resist fading, peeling, and corrosion.
This fully automated system assembles bundles of shutter slats into a finished mat with exact precision. Pneumatics and laser optics work together to cut, plug, staple, and roll slats into perfectly aligned shutter mats, ready for housing and installation.
Every guide rail must be drilled before installation, and this machine handles it with accuracy and efficiency. It can drill five top holes and five bottom holes at once, saving time while guaranteeing a perfect fit during installation.
Fabric panels are measured, laid out, and cut with extreme precision within three-thousandths of an inch. The software maximizes each cut, reduces waste, and ensures every panel is perfectly straight and square.
Upgraded from a 5-foot RF welder to a 20-foot impulse welder, this machine creates stronger, smoother seams for fabric panels. It also automatically folds and welds material to form durable pockets for weights and bottom bars, ensuring strength and a polished finish.
